Download the DIS (Delivery Instruction Slip) issue form from Samco’s website & fill in the mandatory fields like DP ID and BO name and send it to Samco’s registered address with the required attested documents.

Fill in the shares’ details which you wish to transfer with the DP number on the issued DIS book and send it back to Samco’s address.
Initiate share transfer
The share transfer will be initiated and processed within 24 hours upon receiving the DIS book.
