Your open positions are visible in the Admin Position window on Nest Trader.

How to open Admin Positions

Click on Masters > Admin Positions, or press F11.

Two types of position views

• Day Wise – Shows all positions created during today’s trading session
• Net Wise – Shows all F&O positions, Cash Plus positions, and carry-forward positions from previous sessions. Carry-forward positions are shown at the previous day’s closing price, while Cash Plus positions reflect the actual trade price

What you can do from this window

• Position Conversion: You can convert a Day Wise position to Net Wise (carry it forward overnight) if the required margin is available. Select the position, click Get Position, choose the position you want to convert, and click Convert.
• Square Off: Select the position, choose Square Off Exact Qty, enter the quantity and price, and click Square Off. If you do not select the Exact Qty option, the entire position will be squared off at market price.
