The S&P BSE IPO index is designed to measure the performance of companies listed at BSE Ltd. after the completion of their initial public offering (IPO). It is the only index in India measuring the performance of companies that are listed via IPO. The index iscalculated using a modified market-cap-weighted methodology. At each rebalancing, the maximum weight of eachconstituent is capped at 20%.
